In this role, you will be the central hub between our warehouses, retail locations, and technology teams. You will not only manage the day-to-day execution of product replenishment and order fulfillment but also play a critical role in identifying gaps in our current systems and driving the enhancement of our logistics tools.

  • Non-Consumable Product Management: Managing demo and display units, new store opening kits, & supplies.

2. Fulfillment & Transaction Support
  • Order Lifecycle Management: Monitor daily order flows to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and verify that proper fulfillment times (SLAs) are met.
  • Exception Handling: Serve as the primary point of escalation for shipping delays, transaction errors, or receiving discrepancies, working directly with 3PL partners or internal warehouses to resolve issues quickly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key logistics metrics, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) rates and order processing speed.

3. Systems Optimization & Process Improvement
  • Tool Enhancement: Act as the "Super User" for our inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP. Identify bugs, inefficiencies, or feature gaps and partner with the Tech/Product teams to define requirements for system updates.
  • Testing & Rollout: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new logistics tools or features before they are rolled out to the wider organization.
  • SOP Creation: Document workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in how inventory is handled physically and digitally.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail Logistics Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience working with ERP/IMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, or proprietary tools).
