Job description

Senior Manager, 3PL Operations

At Torani, flavor is our passion, but it’s our people who bring that passion to life. As we continue to accelerate growth and expand our distribution capabilities, we are looking for a strategic, people-first leader to join our Supply Chain team as Senior Manager, 3PL Operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing Torani’s external warehouse and distribution network. We are looking for a collaborative and operationally strong leader who can develop high-performing teams, build trusted partnerships with 3PL providers, and help design a scalable and future-ready distribution network.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will play a key role in optimizing our 3PL network, improving service and cost performance, scaling operational capabilities, and ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple external warehouses. You will partner closely with Customer Service, Deployment, external 3PL partners, Finance, IT, Operations, Planning, and Transportation to support Torani’s long-term growth.
Why You’ll Love Working Here: At Torani, we believe in “Flavor for All, Opportunity for All.” We are committed to building an energizing, people-centered culture where teams can grow, contribute, and do meaningful work together.
SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12–24 months)
  • Talent amp; Team Development: You’ve built a highly engaged and high-performing team with clear goals, accountability, and strong collaboration. You’ve created development opportunities for team members, coached leaders to grow their capabilities, and fostered a culture of ownership, energy, and continuous improvement. Your team feels connected to purpose and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
  • 3PL Network Strategy amp; Optimization: You’ve played a key role in shaping and optimizing Torani’s 3PL distribution network strategy to support future business growth. You’ve partnered cross-functionally to assess operational capacity, storage requirements, transportation flow, systems capabilities, and long-term scalability across the network. Your strategic thinking has helped improve service, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence amp; Partner Management: You’ve established strong operational partnerships with Torani’s 3PL providers and implemented effective governance routines to drive accountability and performance. You’ve developed clear KPIs and business review processes focused on service, inventory accuracy, quality, productivity, and cost. You proactively identify issues, drive root-cause resolution, and continuously improve operational performance across the network.
  • Inventory Accuracy amp; Systems Alignment: You’ve built strong inventory control processes to ensure accurate inventory across all 3PL warehouses. Physical inventory aligns with system inventory, and inventory reconciliation processes between Torani and 3PL warehouse systems are reliable and sustainable. You’ve improved visibility, strengthened controls, and reduced inventory-related disruptions to the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ve become a trusted cross-functional partner who proactively plans for future operational needs. You collaborate closely with Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse Operations to ensure Torani’s external network can scale to support growth from a capacity, process, system, and operational readiness perspective.
  • Continuous Improvement: You’ve helped drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational changes that improve service and efficiency across the 3PL network. You lead with a continuous improvement mindset, balancing operational discipline with flexibility and innovation.
  • And Yes - You Make It Fun: You bring energy, optimism, and a sense of shared purpose to the team. You celebrate progress, lift others up, and remind people why this work matters.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Experience managing external warehouses and 3PL partner relationships preferably in consumer goods distribution
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, and integrated logistics systems
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop people, and drive accountability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements
