An Import Export Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations involved in importing and exporting goods for a company. This role involves ensuring compliance with customs regulations, managing documentation, and working with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of products. They also resolve issues related to shipments, communicate with suppliers and customers, and supervise a team handling international trade activities. Their goal is to streamline the process while minimizing delays and costs.
