Work you'll do

 As a Senior Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design workforce and organization strategies that align human capability, machine capacity, and business objectives in AI-enabled environments.
  • Advising clients on how to align their workforce and organization strategies with enterprise priorities, growth ambitions, and tech-enabled transformation, including functional and
  • Designing work and jobs, restructuring operating models, driving leadership alignment, and enabling sustainable behavioral change.
  • Developing hypotheses to inform workforce solutions by conducting analyses, scenario modeling, and translating complex inputs into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Structuring and solving complex client problems by utilizing methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor across workforce strategy and planning, skills strategy, workforce impacts of AI, org design and operating model, job architecture and compensation, and change management to help organizations turn potential into performance.
  • Contributing to practice growth through business development, solution development, thought leadership, and mentorship of junior practitioners.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce strategy, work design, operating model design, organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce analytics, skills strategy, and/or change management
  • 4+ years of experience leading work and organization design projects and teams
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business development activities, including proposal development and pursuit strategy for client opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting artificial intelligence, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • 1+ year of experience advising on workforce, work, or organization design implications of artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred: 

  • 6+ years of consulting experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing staff and leading small to medium-sized teams
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, presentation delivery, and facilitation
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data and developing presentations or reports that communicate business impact and recommendations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,200 to $355,100.
