Turn Insight into Impact - Join Us as a Business Strategy Analyst!
ActionLink is seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join our TCL team as a Business Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear strategies that drive growth for both our organization and our clients. You'll partner with executives, internal stakeholders, and key clients to extract insights, build business cases, and deliver compelling presentations that shape market strategy.
What you will do:
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to uncover trends, opportunities and risks
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations and business cases
  • Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau or Power BI
  • Present insights to executives, clients and cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling way
  • Collaborate across business units to align strategies with organizational goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and impact
What we offer:
  • $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary range depending on experience
  • 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday

What we are looking for:
  • A Candidate located on the West Coast in PST Time Zone
  • Master's degree preferred but not required in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business or data analysis, with a proven track record of client-facing work at the executive level
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
  • Business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
