AAA USA is actively hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support the growth of our ground transportation manufacturing and workforce solutions division. We are seeking a proven business development professional with experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, manufacturing services, or industrial solutions to OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and manufacturing organizations.

AAA USA provides specialized workforce solutions supporting the ground transportation, aerospace, defense, marine, industrial manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing industries. Our solutions include skilled contract labor, direct placement, project-managed workforce support, and turnkey manufacturing work packages designed to help customers increase production capacity, overcome skilled labor shortages, and successfully execute critical manufacturing programs.

This is a true hunter sales role for an experienced professional who understands manufacturing operations, builds executive-level relationships, and can identify workforce challenges while developing customized solutions that improve customer performance.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop new business opportunities with ground transportation manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and industrial manufacturing organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Production Leaders, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  • Sell workforce solutions including contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct placement, managed workforce programs, project-based labor, and turnkey manufacturing support.
  • Identify customer workforce challenges and develop customized solutions that support production goals, labor needs, and operational objectives.
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, strategic account planning, industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and execution.
  • Conduct customer site visits to understand manufacturing processes, production requirements, workforce challenges, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and project management teams to develop effective workforce solutions.
  • Prepare customer presentations, proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term customer agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer activity documentation.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Expand service offerings within existing customer accounts through relationship development and account management.
  • Represent AAA USA at customer meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success developing new business within manufacturing, industrial, staffing, workforce solutions, or technical services markets.
  • Experience selling staffing solutions, contract labor, direct placement, managed services, project services, or industrial solutions.
  • Established relationships with manufacturing decision-makers and operational leaders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, production operations, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote territory independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
