Job Summary

We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter (internally titled Digital Workforce Coordinator) to support high-volume recruiting and staffing operations within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and supporting employees while ensuring recruiting goals and performance metrics are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications

โ— 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field

โ— Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

โ— Effective verbal and written communication skills

โ— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

โ— Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting

โ— Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
