Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical advisory support and services to Motion GEOINT Services' PM and Deputy PM for National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) interoperability with ISR systems.
  • Provides technical support for the integration of tactical exploitation with national intelligence and national exploitation of tactical intelligence.
  • Provides support on Military Services' Intelligence Systems development efforts.
  • Provides technical and acquisition experience in rapid execution of Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) tactical data projects with a focus on interoperability, testing, tactical data ingest, processing, exploitation/analysis, storage, dissemination and associated infrastructures tactical data integration activities. Perform PM assistance of TIAT daily administrative functions such as tasker processing and tracking, meeting setup and execution, weekly activity reports and program/project outreach, including all functions associated with the weekly TIAT Staff Meeting.
  • Support DI2E/DCGS governance and exercise/demonstration activities and support TIAT leadership at periodic and briefings and events.
  • Assist with drafting and presenting MGS program presentations to external organizations and customers.
  • Provide engineering and project management support to the government PM/COR of the NGA Airborne Exploitation Capabilities (AEC) contract from requirements statements to O&S support and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) review.
  • Assist in managing multiple airborne projects for program office concentrating on multi-cell Airborne Center installations and improvements.
  • Provide direct support to the government PM/COR assisting with Spend Plans, independent government cost estimates, and ROM/BOM reviews.
  • Monitor contractor software build process to strengthen the version delivery testing at both the "factory" and NGA including recent assumption of NGA Test Director duties for the MAAS version deliveries.

Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Bachelors Degree, with 12 years of overall career experience, and 8 years of specialized experience in the following:
  • Demonstrated specialized experience working with tactical sensors and tactical data integration with DoD, NGA or US/Coalition Mission Partners.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with NGA or DoD organization acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience in program/project management.
