The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role
The Global Partnerships, Partner Systems & Innovation team is seeking a Hyperscaler Systems & Operations Manager to join the team steering the expansion of Salesforce's global hyperscaler marketplace engine. We are seeking a strategic operator who can navigate the interplay of quote-to-cash architecture and hyperscaler platform evolution without introducing technical latency. This role moves beyond standard project management to help define the global launch frameworks that accelerate time-to-market while navigating deep-dive technical and regulatory discovery. You will join a team architecting the systems and automated workstreams required to resolve complex business challenges into high-fidelity, scalable solutions.
You will direct the alignment between cross-functional stakeholders, product roadmaps, and joint strategies with both internal SMEs and hyperscaler partners. This requires a deep understanding of both SaaS and consumption-based revenue models and the ability to influence partner product development through data-driven insights. You will drive the technical governance necessary to support complex pricing models and private offer operations, ensuring sales teams have the expert guidance required to close high-stakes deals. We are looking for a pragmatist who can manage high-impact workstreams concurrently while maintaining the grit to solve for legacy bottlenecks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Concurrently managing multiple high impact and high visibility workstreams assisting in the design, development & optimization of business systems & processes to successfully execute & scale Salesforce transactions via Hyperscaler marketplaces.
- Execute deep-dive technical and regulatory discovery for new regions, proactively identifying local tax obligations, invoicing requirements, and technical hurdles to accelerate launch timelines and ensure compliance.
- Lead end-to-end global geographic expansion of Hyperscaler Marketplaces into new territories, managing the entire lifecycle from initial pre-discovery through to General Availability.
- Oversee complex financial workstreams, such as the implementation of multi-currency support and the optimization of international tax invoicing and disbursement processes to reduce manual overhead.
- Evolve the "Global Launch Framework" (Country Launch Matrix) to provide leadership with data-driven estimates on time-to-market, resource requirements, and risk.
- Strategize for infrastructure and platform shifts, such as Sovereign Cloud requirements or new contracting models, ensuring the marketplace motion remains compliant, functional, and aligned with the latest hyperscaler foundational capabilities.
- Author and institutionalize standard operating procedures, internal playbooks, and technical documentation to ensure repeatable, scalable marketplace execution across all global regions.
- Monitor industry best practices and Hyperscaler feature releases to ensure the marketplace motion remains modern, competitive, and aligned with evolving buyer behavior and platform capabilities.
- Serve as a thought leader for Marketplace strategy, identifying opportunities where platform expertise can drive broader GTM impact and cross-functional efficiency across the organization.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops between internal stakeholders, sales teams and Hyperscaler partners to align on international product roadmaps and joint GTM strategies.
- Act as a primary liaison with Hyperscaler partners, influencing their product development by presenting data-driven insights regarding internal pain points and requested feature enhancements.
- Provide dedicated deal support to Partner Sales Managers and sales teams, offering expert guidance on private offer governance, complex pricing models, and discounting frameworks.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Hyperscaler GTM systems, revenue operations, and/or business systems, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- Have built and scaled GTM systems infrastructure at organizations generating $1B+ in annual revenue.
- Possess expertise in Salesforce architecture, including experience with enterprise-scale implementations supporting complex sales processes and integrations.
- Have hands-on experience partnering on quote-to-cash processes (billing, order management, revenue recognition) and understand how CRM and CPQ systems integrate with downstream financial workflows.
- Have experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models in addition to traditional SaaS contract structures.
- Have experience with international GTM operations and multi-currency, multi-entity commercial systems.
- Demonstrate a track record of effective cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, Sales Leadership, and Engineering teams.
- Bring strong people leadership skills with experience building and developing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
