Program Overview

The Internship program is a paid multi-disciplinary program designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. The program is designed to introduce qualified and talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole.

Interns will have close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. Interns will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience unfiltered access to the role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager. Just as importantly, interns will participate in a wide range of (in-person or virtual) networking and social opportunities across NFP community.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
