Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, business processes, and technology solutions that drive organizational success. This internship offers valuable exposure to enterprise systems, cross-functional collaboration, and business operations.

This is a full-time temporary position for a duration of 6 months, operating in a hybrid work model based in either Fremont, IN or Dubuque, IA.

Core Job Duties

  • Support enterprise applications and business process initiatives
  • Participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Assist with documenting business and system requirements
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise solutions
  • Analyze data and create reports to support business needs
  • Maintain project documentation and process workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own tasks from start to finish
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of AI and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.
