As a Sr. Financial Analyst you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
  • Serve as the internal administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive Planning, managing system maintenance, model builds, integrations, formulas, and Office Connect.
  • Own rolling forecasts and annual budgeting, ensuring accurate modeling across revenue, labor, medical, vendor, and corporate costs.
  • Partner with senior and service line leaders to analyze business trends, forecast financial impact, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver timely financial and operational reporting for leadership, sponsor meetings, and business reviews.
  • Serve as a finance partner to Corporate functions, supporting cost management, vendor spend, variance analysis, and project tracking.
  • Ensure data alignment across Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Workday, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution.
  • Clearly communicate financial assumptions, risks, trends, and business implications to leadership.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting to address critical, time-sensitive business needs.

What is Required?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including back-end support, forecasting, model management, and Office Connect is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in Workday ERP is preferred. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Workday/Adaptive Insights certifications a plus. CPA or CFA a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Adaptive Insights (Workday Planning), including ongoing maintenance, model building, integrations, formulas, and Office Connect.

You will report to the Director of Finance
The base salary for this position is $120,000-$130,000 and is based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
