ImpactCo is building meaningful connections between education, workforce development, industry engagement, and community impact through experiential learning and career-connected opportunities. Through strategic partnerships, educational initiatives, workforce programming, and industry collaboration, ImpactCo creates pathways that support learners and professionals from career exploration through workforce entry, professional growth, and lifelong learning within live entertainment, production, technology, and creative industries.


The Role

The Director of Education & Impact leads the educational vision, learner experience, and workforce-connected learning strategy across ALT, Workforce Live, Rock Global, campus partnerships, community initiatives, and related ImpactCo programs. This role is responsible for building an integrated educational ecosystem that connects learners, educators, industry professionals, and community partners through experiential learning, mentorship, workforce development, credentialing, and career-connected opportunities. The Director serves as the educational leader across initiatives, helping align educational programming, outreach, industry engagement, content, partnerships, and learner pathways into a cohesive and scalable model.

This role bridges education and industry while helping shape pathways from awareness and exploration through training, mentorship, professional experience, workforce participation, and ongoing professional development throughout the career journey.


What You'll Do


Educational Strategy & Ecosystem Development

Lead the educational vision and learner experience strategy across ALT, Workforce Live, campus partnerships, credentialing initiatives, continuing education and related ImpactCo initiatives.

Lead the development of a workforce-connected professional learning ecosystem that integrates experiential education, industry engagement, mentorship, credentialing, workforce preparation, and lifelong learning within the live entertainment industry.

Develop connected learner pathways spanning outreach, education, mentorship, workforce experiences, professional networking, and continuing education across the Rock Global ecosystem.

Foster a learner-centered culture grounded in mentorship, creativity, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and career-connected learning.

Collaborate across outreach, workforce development, industry engagement, communications, and community partners to build scalable educational frameworks, mentorship structures, credentialing pathways, and experiential learning systems.

Establish educational quality standards, learning outcomes, and evaluation practices that measure learner engagement, workforce readiness, ecosystem participation, and long-term impact while supporting continuous improvement. 

Help position ImpactCo and Rock Global initiatives as innovative leaders in workforce-connected learning and professional development by creating connected pathways into live entertainment industry careers while supporting lifelong learning, mentorship, credentialing, and ongoing professional engagement.


Narrative Strategy & Ecosystem Engagement

Help shape the public-facing narrative and thought leadership strategy of ImpactCo and Rock Global initiatives by increasing visibility of career pathways, workforce opportunities, learner experiences, and industry engagement across the live entertainment ecosystem.

Support storytelling, educational resources, and engagement strategies that strengthen learner recruitment, professional identity development, ecosystem participation, and ongoing connection throughout the career journey.


Organizational Leadership & Operational Effectiveness

Contribute to long-term organizational strategy and ecosystem alignment across Rock Global, ALT, Workforce Live, and ImpactCo initiatives through sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, and expanded workforce development initiatives. 

Support the development and use of evaluation frameworks, participation metrics, and impact reporting practices that measure program effectiveness, workforce outcomes, learner engagement, and long-term ecosystem impact.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and coordination across staff, collaborators, educators, contractors, and cross-functional teams supporting educational and workforce development initiatives. 

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support implementation, communication, scheduling, resource coordination, and operational alignment across educational and workforce initiatives.
