Workforce CoordinatorWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Workforce. You will work closely with various teams to provide coordination support project staffing and workforce operations across multiple data center projects.
Who we areAt Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.
Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.
Responsibilities
Project StaffingReview incoming project requests and staffing requirements. Identify and assign qualified technicians based on project scope, location, and skillset Coordinate availability, scheduling, and confirmations with technicians. Maintain backup resources to ensure project continuity.
Onboarding & ComplianceEnsure all contractors complete required onboarding. Track and verify compliance documentation prior to deployment. Resolve onboarding issues.
System ManagementMaintain accurate records in internal systems. Update contractor profiles, skills, and assignment history. Track onboarding status and project readiness.
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
Workforce SupportAssist technicians with onboarding, assignments, and project-related questions. Ensure clear communication of project expectations. (schedule, scope, requirements) Monitor project readiness and resolve last-minute gaps.
Qualifications1–3 years of experience in staffing, coordination, operations, recruiting, or workforce management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or workforce systems
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Familiarity with data center or technical environments
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary between $65,000-$70,000Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%
