The ideal candidate is a seasoned People Analytics professional with extensive experience developing workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and strategic reporting solutions using data from modern HCM/ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or Workday. This individual possesses advanced Power BI expertise and a proven ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights that support talent, engagement, workforce planning, and business decision-making. The successful candidate will have experience leading analytics, reporting, process improvement, and data governance initiatives while partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and senior leaders. Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics, predictive modeling, automation technologies, and Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.

ResponsibilitiesPeople Systems Strategy & Initiative Leadership• Lead complex People systems initiatives including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and workflow optimization
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for systems, workflows, reporting, and analytics capabilities
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, system design, configuration coordination, testing, and implementation readiness
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities to improve user experience, data access, and workflow automation
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and support strategic initiatives
• Coordinate issue resolution, operational support, and continuous improvement efforts
• Define solution approaches and execution strategies across initiatives
• Own delivery outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Workforce Analytics & Insights• Lead development of advanced reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions
• Translate business questions into actionable analytics and reporting strategies
• Support operational, strategic, and leadership reporting needs
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through workforce data analysis
• Mentor analysts in reporting methodologies, analytics practices, and data interpretation
• Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enable predictive insights and decision-making
• Define analytics frameworks and standards across initiatives
• Shape reporting strategies across functional areas
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement• Lead process redesign and workflow optimization initiatives across People operations
• Identify and implement AI-enabled automation opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
• Establish best practices for reporting, workflows, and operational processes
• Support governance related to workforce data, reporting standards, and system usage
• Make tradeoff decisions across competing priorities and stakeholder needs
Leadership, Mentorship & Cross-Functional Collaboration• Provide mentorship and operational guidance to analysts and associate analysts
• Lead and own outcomes for cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Finance, and operations
• Support prioritization and execution of team initiatives with leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project coordination, and communications
• Provide supervision, workload coordination, and performance input as applicable
EducationRequired: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Information systems, Analytics or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resource, Information systems, Analytics or related field.
ExperienceRequired: Five years of progressive experience supporting, implementing, optimizing or analyzing people systems, workforce data or People operations processes.
Preferred: One year of leading or mentoring team members in People systems, analytics, HR operations or related functions. Experience supporting enterprise HCM implementations or optimization efforts and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or similar tools and experience with advanced analytics, workforce insights, or data visualization platforms and experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, automation platforms) to support HR systems, reporting, or operational processes and team leadership experience and experience in healthcare environments
