Job description

Position Summary

The Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position supports customer communication, scheduling, membership program administration, technician coordination, and general office organization. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, proactive, and thrives in a fastpaced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting-related functions, including deposits, financing, and W-9/Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests.
  • Assist with outbound customer communications, including financing follow-up, payment coordination, and accounts receivable collections.
  • Coordinate and support internal event planning, meeting preparation, and office activities.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of uniforms, office supplies, and break room supplies.
  • Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating device setup, user access, and basic IT support.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized office operations including filing, supply management, and workflow coordination.

  • Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
