  • Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on refrigeration equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
  • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
