Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workday Project Leader to lead enterprise Workday initiatives across various business functions. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• lead enterprise Workday initiatives supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent Management, and related business functions across City departments
• leading Workday projects from project initiation through deployment and post-production support
• ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with established governance standards
• supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Financials modules
• supporting Workday integrations and enterprise application interfaces
• managing Workday implementation vendors and consulting partners
• developing project plans, status reports, and executive presentations

Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of Project Management, ERP Project Leadership, or Workday Project Leadership experience.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation, upgrade, or enhancement project experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Workday projects from initiation through deployment.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Financials modules.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
• Experience managing Workday implementation vendors and consulting partners.
• Experience developing project plans, status reports, and executive presentations.
