Job Description

Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team to support the growth of our nonprofit and higher education student experience industry across Attain Digital service lines including but not limited to strategy, business process modernization, data, Enterprise ERP Advisory, Salesforce, and analytics. They are responsible for developing strategies and delivering best-in-class services (i.e., consulting, implementation and educational services) to help customers with their digital transformation needs. The individual will work to build and scale this business unit, in a bold, fast-moving, transparent and values-led organization to enable customer and company success. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Attain Partners' Business Development sales efforts and development of the Salesforce Education Cloud go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop positive client relationships with customer employees such as the President, Chancellor, Provosts, Vice Provosts, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other key VIPs under the Attain Partners brand.
  • Responsible for developing designs that are architecturally sound  
  • Mentoring senior consultants
  • Ability to understand Apex code to support development effort on projects
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of clients' business, challenges, and technology
  • Represent Attain Partners at industry events, task forces, committees, and speaking engagements
  • Support efforts to align with key technology partners (Workday & Salesforce) to help build Attain Digital's brand value and drive strategic alignment.
  • Provide thought leadership via blogs, podcasts, and/or panel discussions.
  • Contribute to website development focused primarily on Student Experience by regularly meeting with the Marketing team. Provide billable consulting services to projects with clients, engaging on business and/or technical issues to shape the present and future of each client relationship.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor to clients, building rapport, trust, and respect among senior leaders and decision-makers within the client organization
  • Contribute content to strategic RFPs in conjunction with BD and Delivery teams
  • Ability to describe the pros and cons of various salesforce architectures, and argue the benefits of architecture to a client.
  • Ability to describe integration design pattern  

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in in the Salesforce ecosystemwith a focus on nonprofit and higher education
  • Ability to be an evangelist for Attain Partners customers and serve according to the company's core values
