Job description

The Inventory Control Specialist  is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and visibility of inventory supporting Trove Brands' Amazon business. This role serves as the primary Inventory Control owner for Amazon inventory and monitors inventory movement, receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations across Trove and partner systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Specialist will investigate inventory discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution before they impact inventory availability or customer service.
  • work closely with Amazon Operations, Logistics, Finance, internal Supply Chain teams, and external warehouse partners to ensure inventory is accurately received, reported, and accounted for.
  • Support month-end reconciliation, Inventory Control KPIs, inventory audits, and ongoing process improvements related to the Amazon network.
  • proactively identify inventory risks, maintain clear documentation of open discrepancies, and ensure established Inventory Control processes and SLAs are followed.
  • take ownership of Amazon inventory from receipt through fulfillment while helping maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and operational excellence

 Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of inventory experience - preferrable with amazon as the customer.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and inventory issues
  • College Degree in Business, Supply Chain ETC. (preferred)
