About the Role
As an Inventory Control Manager, you will lead inventory accuracy across our fulfillment and systemic operations. You'll partner closely with Operations, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, in which physical and systematic levels need to correlate. You will ensure inventory is accurately tracked, properly reported, and positioned to support continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leveraging data to drive decisions, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own inventory accuracy across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and inventory systems
  • Lead cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
  • Develop and improve inventory control processes that support operational scale and efficiency
  • Document all movement of inventory (shipping, receiving, location transfers, etc.)
  • Build reporting and performance metrics that provide visibility into inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support warehouse operations, procurement, and fulfillment initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing inventory within a warehouse management system (WMS), ERP, NetSuite or similar platform
  • Experience leading inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ecommerce, Amazon, retail, or high-volume fulfillment environments
  • Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or distribution centers
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution and systems to support
  • Experience using data and reporting tools to drive operational decisions
  • Lean, Six Sigma, CPIM, CSCP, or related certifications.
