Job Description:
Manage the printing of batches, facilitate paperwork to and from the warehouse floor, invoice orders in the system. Assist the Manager in generating and maintaining all reporting for the facility including filing. Work with carriers to arrange pickups, track orders, arrange customer pickups, handle freight claims and manage the information. Manage the tracking and payment of all freight bills. Review, process and reconcile all incoming electronic orders. Manage the returns process. Maintains control of inventory through the distribution of supplies pulled corrected. Responsible for assisting with cycle count preparation and inventory. Responsible for product and equipment knowledge.
Responsible for assisting with special projects and other jobs as specified by supervisors, manager, or director. Performs related responsibilities as required or directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required or the equivalent (GED) preferred

Experience
  • 1-2 years Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have the ability to adapt to a manufacturing environment; ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to adapt to change and have problem solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to perform mathematical functions and have the ability to read.
  • Basic computer skills required.
