UVeye is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally focused Inventory & RMA Operations Manager to oversee inventory control and product returns across our service and installation operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory within NetSuite ERP, managing the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, and partnering with procurement to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained to support service and installation teams. The role also works closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse locations and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound product movement. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely resolution of product returns and repairs.
This position is on-site at our Teaneck, NJ office and is an IC role.
Inventory Management & Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite ERP
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels supporting service, installation, and spare parts operations
  • Develop and maintain Min/Max inventory parameters in coordination with procurement
  • Support cycle counting and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Monitor inventory health and recommend improvements to stock levels and replenishment strategies

3PL Inventory & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate with UVeye's third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage inventory stored in external warehouses
  • Monitor inventory levels across internal and 3PL warehouse locations
  • Support inventory transfers between UVeye locations and 3PL facilities
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies between NetSuite and external warehouse systems (WMS)
  • Assist with inventory audits and inventory movement tracking across locations

Operational Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track return trends and failure modes to support product reliability and quality improvements
  • Provide operational metrics and insights to engineering and procurement teams
  • Monitor inventory KPIs including stock availability, return rates, and repair cycle times
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and return processing workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Customer Success to manage replacement timelines and service commitments
  • Work with Procurement to align purchasing decisions with inventory demand and service requirements

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to support product lifecycle management
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in inventory management, RMA operations, or supply chain operations
  • Experience working within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control practices such as:
  • ABC analysis
  • Cycle counting
  • Min/Max planning
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
  • Ability to manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred
  • Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, or field service operations
  • Experience coordinating inventory between ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience managing product returns, repairs, or refurbishment programs
  • Forklift or warehouse operational familiarity is a plus

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
