Workday Recruiting certified is a must, plus prior lead experience preferred
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Functional Recruiting Consultant with strong functional expertise in Workday Recruiting. The ideal candidate must be Workday Recruiting certified and experienced in handling both internal and external hiring processes, including conversion cases.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Workday Recruiting functional configurations
Manage internal and external hiring workflows
Handle employee conversion cases within Workday
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes
Provide functional guidance and best practices within Workday Recruiting
Lead discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
 
Required Qualifications:
Workday Recruiting Certification (mandatory)
Strong experience as a Workday Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with recruiting module configuration
