We are looking for A Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Award winning sales team in Austin, supporting technical markets across the USA. The right candidate is ambitious and driven with hunger for success. This role is suited to a committed, competitive and experienced Recruitment Consultant who has already made at least three placements of their own, passed probation, and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment. As part of the role you will manage a full 360 recruitment desk, developing client relationships, qualifying vacancies, attracting candidates and taking ownership of the recruitment process through to successful placement.

Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / 360 Recruitment Consultant Benefits:

The Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / 360 Recruitment Consultant Role:

• Deliver a full 360 recruitment service across client development, vacancy qualification, candidate attraction, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to support repeat business, referrals and long-term account development.
• Review resumes thoroughly, interview candidates effectively and represent their experience, ability and career goals accurately.
• Write engaging job adverts, manage responses and build strong talent pipelines through marketing, networking and candidate outreach.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn activity, video, voice notes, referrals and account development.
• Lead client meetings, Teams calls and face-to-face meetings to understand hiring needs and promote relevant recruitment services.
• Act as a market expert by sharing insight, providing career guidance and discussing hiring challenges with clients and candidates.
• Manage a changing workload, prioritize commercial opportunities and maintain accurate recruitment activity and compliance processes.

Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / 360 Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, 360 Recruitment Consultant, Sales Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant or similar recruitment sales role.
• Must have made at least three of your own placements.
• Must have passed probation in a recruitment role.
• Experience managing clients and candidates through a full recruitment process.
• Confident business development skills, including cold calling, lead generation, account development and objection handling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
• Commercial, proactive and organized approach to managing vacancies, candidates, meetings and follow-ups.
• Competitive, committed and curious mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term recruitment career.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience recruiting across technical sales, engineering, architecture or related technical markets.
• Experience using LinkedIn and social media to identify candidates, market insight and business opportunities.
• Experience negotiating terms with clients.
