About Us

We are a high-growth recruitment business specialising in Investment Banking and Private Equity. We partner with everything from Top 30 Banks to Elite Boutiques to help them build high-performing teams, and we pride ourselves on delivering a consultative, relationship-first service rather than transactional recruitment.

We are now hiring a Consultant to focus on developing new client relationships in the US market. This is not just a “dial and book meetings” role — it’s an opportunity to build real commercial skill and evolve into a full 360 recruitment consultant.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, commercially curious, and motivated by progression.

Initially, you will focus on:

  • Identifying and engaging new client prospects
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Booking qualified meetings
  • Creating new business opportunities for the recruitment team

Over time, this role will evolve into a full 360 recruitment consultant position, including:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Taking job briefs
  • Candidate sourcing and placement
  • Revenue ownership

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career in recruitment — not just an entry-level sales role.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and research US-based target clients
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to relevant candidates
  • Build rapport and establish credibility quickly
  • Understand hiring challenges and position our services effectively
  • Book qualified discovery meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Relationship Development

  • Develop long-term relationships with prospects
  • Follow up consistently and professionally
  • Build a personal brand aligned with the company’s positioning
  • Represent the business confidently on calls

Commercial Development

  • Learn how recruitment works commercially
  • Understand margin, deal structures, and client expectations
  • Shadow senior consultants to develop into a 360 role

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong communication skills (especially on the phone)
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience and comfort with outbound calling
  • Highly organised and self-motivated (remote role)
  • Genuine interest in sales and recruitment

Desirable

  • Previous experience in sales, SDR, or recruitment
  • Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems
  • Evidence of hitting targets or KPIs

What We Offer

  • Clear career progression into a 360 role
  • Transparent, uncapped commission structure
  • Training on consultative recruitment
