Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM. As part of the global HR team, this position will have the opportunity to impact the global organization by implementing best practices and improvements in our HR Technology and driving our data-driven culture.


Meet Your Team

Reports to the Manager, HR Systems. Works in collaboration with the HRIS team and assists with application support and improvements to our supported modules. This role also will provide support to global HR & third-party partners.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day administration of Workday, including troubleshooting, monitoring integrations, reporting and audit activities.
  • Research and resolve problems with Workday.
  • Support the implementation of various Workday improvements identified in the HRIS roadmap.
  • Participate in the review and implementation of product enhancements in Workday platform including system configuration, maintenance updates and testing to provide value to the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to configure and manage the business processes to leverage Workday functionality.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and data privacy standards are met through reviews, testing, change management, routine data audits and validation.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for end users.
  • Participate in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases; determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end users.
  • Support existing interface integrations and EIBs to vendors including monitoring recurring processes and interfaces to ensure successful execution.
  • Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support the organization.
  • Provide reporting and data mining support to the audit and legal departments when needed.

What You'll Need

  • Advanced Workday administration & configuration skills required.
  • 5+ years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting & Talent, Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors), and Custom Report Development; experience with Absence is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Bonus If You Have

  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Workday Pro Certification(s).
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time
