Workday Integrations Lead (Large-Scale Implementation)
Your Mission:
To architect, build, and manage a robust integration landscape of 300+ integrations across HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting. You will ensure the seamless and accurate flow of data from our legacy systems (including PeopleSoft) into Workday, guaranteeing data integrity and system reliability from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the comprehensive strategy for all data conversions and integrations throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle.
Project Management: Effectively track, manage, and report on the build and deployment of all 300+ integrations. Establish and manage timelines, resources, and risks.
Technical Execution: Oversee the development of integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. Define data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and validation procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage expectations effectively.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute rigorous validation and reconciliation plans to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of data post-migration.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the data conversion and integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in data conversion, migration, and integrations, with a specific focus on large-scale Workday Phase 0 implementations.
Proven experience leading end-to-end integration projects from initial design through to post-production support.
Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday's integration tools: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and data conversion methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to Have (Pluses):
Workday Certification in Integration.
Direct experience with Workday implementations migrating from PeopleSoft as a legacy system.
