As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout theย recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on deliveringย
exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of theย search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativeย direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:ย
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionย specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manageย recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongย candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirย progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andย compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencyย setting.ย
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)ย and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedย to talent acquisition.
