Oracle HCM Payroll Module SME
Location: San Francisco, CA

Work closely with technical teams on inbound/outbound integrations with time, benefits, accounting, and banking systems.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax rules, retroactive pay, and costing in Oracle Cloud.
Strong experience with fast formulas, legislative data, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in payroll-related data loads using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
Familiarity with payroll integrations (e.g., banking files, GL posting, tax vendors).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
