In parallel, our technology services team helps organizations modernize ERP, business systems, and application development, providing tailored consulting solutions that range from full project delivery to specialized technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve client requirements through tailored Workday financial solutions.
  • Master Workday Financial Accounting functionality with an emphasis on Customer Accounts & Contracts, Banking, Cash Management, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, GL, chart of accounts, Projects & Expenses
  • Client engagement responsibilities: understand business requirements, Workday tenant configuration, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototypes, and assist the client with testing.
  • Participate in updated training and other events that share one's product and industry skills with other consultants.
  • Partner with the Engagement Manager (PMO) to ensure successful project outcomes through actively participating in workstream meetings, providing status reports, and leading cross-functional sessions.
  • Participate in customer prospect discovery sessions
  • Partner with leadership to set internal initiatives to drive innovation and improvements in deployments.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their current financial processes & identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Workday Financials certification(s) or relevant Workday Partner experience.
  • 5+ years of implementation or functional experience in Workday Financial Management.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Workday data conversion tools such as EIBs, Workday Studio, and iLoad.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with legacy HR, Payroll, or Financial systems.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting and integration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 9+ years of financial consulting experience with at least 5 full-cycle implementations
  • Experience in architecting Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) and FIN Accounting solutions
  • Experience transforming an organization's Chart of Accounts
  • Ability to connect with all levels of customer/prospect leadership
  • Passion for customer service and project management experience
  • Experience with multiple financial applications
  • Ability to balance multiple project engagements at a time
