On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Workday Recruiting Analyst for a contract role. This position is a remote position based in Chicago.
Workday Recruiting Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Analyst to enhance our Recruiting module by ensuring configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting efforts are maintained. This role involves collaborating with HCM stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring seamless data operations across integrations and data loads.
Workday Recruiting Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Recruiting configurations
• Manage and support Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
• Build and maintain complex reports and datasets using advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
• Troubleshoot Workday system issues, identify root causes, and implement configuration-based fixes
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities and communicate progress proactively
Workday Recruiting Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working independently
Workday Recruiting Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience troubleshooting Workday system issues and implementing configuration-based solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
