Job description

Job Role: Workday Adaptive Planning – Consultant (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS)
Location: Fremont, CA

Role Summary:

Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant responsible for solutioning, configuration, validation, and business stakeholder alignment across specific planning areas (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areas
  • Conduct requirement workshops, support discovery-to-deployment lifecycle
  • Manage hierarchies, dimensions, versions, account structures
  • Validate data loads and source mapping (Azure, BPC/Excel)
  • Support sandbox testing, UAT, and business signoffs
  • Ensure proper versioning, cloning, and phase-aligned planning activities

Must Have Skills:.

  • 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)
  • Prior experience with L3 model configurations
  • Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation
  • Proficiency with Adaptive modeling, matrix reports, OfficeConnect
