Job Description:

  • Experienced Senior Workday Adaptive Administrator to lead the design, optimization, and daily management of our Workday Adaptive Planning system.
  • This role serves as the primary technical expert bridging system architecture with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operations.
  • Key Responsibilities System Architecture & Modelling Design, build, and maintain complex financial models, sheets, dashboards, and reports within Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Integration Management Oversee and troubleshoot data integrations between Workday Financials/HCM, external data sources, and Adaptive Planning.
  • System Administration Manage user security, roles, level structures, and dimension management while maintaining data integrity and system governance.
  • Process Optimization Partner with FP&A and business leaders to automate workflows, streamline planning processes, and implement system enhancements.
  • Support & Training Serve as the top-tier escalation point for technical issues, manage Office Connect reporting, and conduct training for end-users to drive system adoption.
  • Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in system administration, with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights).
  • Technical Skills Deep expertise in building Adaptive models, complex formulas, Office Connect and managing Workday integrations.
  • Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and FP&A business processes.
  • Certifications Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
