Essential Duties
This position will help the Department Chair and the Office Coordinator perform our day-to-day tasks. Tasks can include:
  • A variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner under supervision.
  • Serving as secondary contact person for callers and visitors to the Administrative Office/Department.
  • Copying, filing, and scanning documents in accordance with office procedures.
  • Completing data entry using a variety of applications and software.
  • Picking up and distributing mail to appropriate personnel.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a computer; knowledgeable of word processing, spreadsheet applications, and presentation software; and use good spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Must be organized and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manne.
  • Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office.
