Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Process policy changes including endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Respond to client inquiries related to billing, coverage, and policy servicing
  • Support the renewal process by gathering exposure data, applications, and loss runs
  • Assist with claims inquiries and provide support in communicating with carriers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy documentation in the agency management system
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to complete servicing tasks and follow up on requests

Ensure compliance with internal workflows, procedures, and timelines

Provide administrative and service support to Account Managers/Executives


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 13+ years of commercial insurance customer service experience
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Basic understanding of commercial insurance coverages and terminology
  • Experience with agency management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
