Job Overview:

Dalasi’s House Home Health Care Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a home health care agency. The Administrator will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure that services are delivered effectively and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operational Management:

   - Oversee daily operations of the home health care agency, ensuring efficient delivery service.

   - Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.

   - Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and sustainability.

2. Staff Management:

   - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all staff, including nurses, therapists, and administrative personnel.

   - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
