Position is fully onsite Mon-Friday, Bilingual in Spanish is required

Position Summary:

The Sales Administration Lead collaborates and assists the Sales Team in internal and external communications and various administrative reporting duties. The Sales Administration Lead provides sales support to the sales management team involving the planning, development, and implementation of various administrative and reporting initiatives created to encourage and promote Solis Health Plans with- in our community and among our provider, agent, broker, and strategic partners. Sales Administration Lead must possess a high level of detail orientation, organization, follow-through, and possess a positive customer service driven attitude.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gather, input and track sales data from a variety of available resources, to create an accurate analysis of sales trends.
  • Maintains accurate sales data information for all prospective sources and distributes them at the direction of the Sr. Director.
  • Attends strategic sales meetings, recording minutes as needed.
  • Assists with agent contracting and agent contracting reporting distribution, internal and external.
  • Prepare and log daily appointments (external contracting appointments).
  • Gather and distribute monthly sales production reporting to all external agent and broker partners as appropriate.
  • Maintains sales and marketing supplies in collaboration with sales managers.
  • Research and resolve routine sales, agent commission claims and benefit issues in a timely and efficient manner in support of our internal and external agents.
  • Generate a variety of sales reports in various timeframes, including daily reports on sales applications processed by provider, external partner and beyond as appropriate.
  • Coordinate, manage and extend agent onboarding documents (Certification information).
  • Assist enrollment team (and sales team) as needed with accurately inputting paper enrollments / fax applications received into the designated portal.
  • Tracks the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team and reports weekly and/or as needed.
  • Assists with prospect eligibility verification for internal and external sales agents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provides overall sales administrative support as appropriate at the Direction of the Sr. Director.


Qualifications and Education:

  • Requires a high school diploma; 1 year of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience in health care setting and/or health sales administration would be ideal.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.
