Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess a current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License. Unlicensed applicants will not be considered.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
