Overview
Complete Building Services is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc., and has been providing service to the Washington metropolitan area for 60+ years and has grown into one of Washington's largest and most successful building operations, maintenance, and facility management companies.

Responsibilities
The Work Control Coordinator (WCC) will be responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining the NCMMS System. WCC's will provide shift-scheduled support to GSA.
  • The WCC will work staggered shifts to ensure normal operating hours are covered
  • WCC is responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining the NCMMS System
  • WCC will conduct updates to asset tagging, create complete and accurate equipment inventory records, update NCMMS software, and monitor and document daily work accomplishments
  • The WCC's assist with administrative quality control and other data tracking tasks
  • Responsible for scheduling all facilities operations and maintenance services, oversee the maintenance schedules, manage the customer service desk, respond to service calls from building tenants, and ensure supplies and equipment are readily available

Salary $32.00
Monday-Friday 40 hour work week
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Three (3+) years experience within similar size facility (over one million sq.ft.)
  • High school graduate/GED
  • NCMMS System experience preferred
