Job description

Weekend Night Auditor

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Check guests in and out with efficiency

Answer phones in a professional manner

Transferring calls or take messages when necessary

Accurately process credit card transactions safely and securely

Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve

Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service

Perform other duties as assigned

Opera PMS experience required

At least one year of experience working at a hotel front desk guest services agent, or night auditor guest service agent

Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving

Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
