What is a WMS Product Manager?

A WMS Product Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Warehouse Management System (WMS) software products. They act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure the WMS meets operational needs and drives efficiency in warehouse operations. Their duties often include gathering requirements, prioritizing product features, managing the product roadmap, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain management, and technology solutions.
