Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our Product Information Management team in supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of our multiple ERP systems.
This role is much more than data entry. The ideal candidate will help ensure the integrity of our parts database while working across multiple departments to understand business processes, resolve inconsistencies, and support standardized corporate data.
Success in this position requires strong critical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand how decisions made in one area affect many others throughout the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
• Create, review, and maintain part master records within D365 with multiple sources of data.
• Validate vendor information, pricing, units of measure, and product data for accuracy and consistency.
• Research discrepancies by working with Purchasing, Engineering, Warranty, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing, and other business areas.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend solutions that support established corporate standards.
• Assist with data imports, validation, testing, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to understand business requirements and support process improvements.
• Document business decisions and maintain accurate supporting records.
• Assist with implementation initiatives, data cleanup projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support end users by researching questions and resolving data-related issues.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred).
• Experience in Parts, Warranty, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, Bill of Materials or other cross-functional business environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with multiple departments.
• Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and asking thoughtful questions before making decisions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
