The Opportunity
As part of the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team, you will play a key role in executing Salesforce Trade Promotion Management(TPM) enabled trade transformation programs as a Technical Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation of innovative Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
You will provide hands-on technical leadership across complex TPM engagements, while also supervising and developing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving alignment between business, functional, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - TPM solutions
Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs
Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems
Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards
Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems
Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads
Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement
Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design)

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
