Key responsibilities

  • Deliver 12-15 training sessions per quarter to credit union clients in virtual and on-site environments.

  • Facilitate regional trainings, Power Hours, and ad hoc sessions to build client confidence and proficiency.

  • Create and maintain training content, documentation, job aids, and asynchronous courses to support scalable learning.

Job description

Description:

Sharetec is looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our team!

At Sharetec, we believe in a people-first business. Our mission is to make millions of people's lives easier by developing innovative core banking and lending software solutions for credit unions and their members. Our customers rely on us for powerful financial technology, and they count on us to be a caring, trusted partner in their success.

The Role

As an Enablement Specialist on our Delivery & Enablement team, you'll deliver structured, scalable training that equips both our internal teams and our external credit union clients to succeed. You'll lead engaging sessions in both virtual and on-site settings — regional trainings, Power Hours, Velocity online, and ad hoc sessions — and build the documentation, job aids, and asynchronous courses that turn tribal knowledge into lasting, reusable learning.

Working in partnership with product experts and the Enablement Process Lead, you'll make Sharetec easier to deliver, adopt, and use — and you'll spot opportunities that help our clients get more from the platform. The guiding principle is simple: both our internal teams and our credit union clients must be fully enabled to succeed.

If you love helping people build confidence with software, thrive in front of an audience whether in person or on screen, and take pride in creating training that scales, this role may be for you.

Position Details

This is a full-time, exempt position. You may work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with the exception of California. This role includes regular travel — estimated up to approximately 30% — for on-site and regional client training, scheduled in advance.

The starting salary for this position is $70,000 base, plus bonus eligibility.

Who Will Love This Job

  • Someone who finds more satisfaction in making something better than building something new — and understands why that's harder
  • Someone who believes that technology serving people's financial lives is worth doing with real care and precision
  • Someone who is energized by a company in motion — where the roadmap is growing and your contributions shape the direction
  • A natural facilitator who builds confidence in an audience, whether virtual or on-site
  • Someone who is adaptable and versatile — comfortable when priorities, schedules, and audiences shift
  • A solution-oriented owner who drives fixes rather than just flagging problems
  • Someone who enjoys turning complex product knowledge into clear, durable training that scales

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver ~12–15 training sessions per quarter to credit union clients — across regional trainings, on-site engagements, Velocity online, and Power Hours — in both virtual and on-site environments
  • Facilitate regional trainings, Power Hours, and ad hoc sessions that build client confidence and proficiency
  • Provide timely, aligned training that supports Professional Services delivery projects — conversions, upgrades, and migrations
  • Equip internal teams with the tools, processes, and product knowledge to execute at a high standard and speak confidently about Sharetec with customers
  • Build training content in partnership with product experts, incorporating the Voice of the Customer to address real needs
  • Create and maintain durable documentation, job aids, and interactive activities that scale beyond tribal knowledge
  • In partnership with the Enablement Designer, develop and maintain asynchronous courses in LearnUpon and contribute to the Salesforce Community Hub
  • Partner with the Enablement Process Lead to align training with implementations and regional schedules, and surface opportunities that generate qualified inside sales leads
Requirements:

Qualified Candidates Should Have

Required

  • 2+ years delivering instructor-led and virtual training or facilitation (software, SaaS, or financial services preferred), training both internal teams and external clients
  • Proven ability to lead virtual and on-site sessions, build training content and documentation, and explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 30% for on-site and regional client training

Preferred

  • Experience with an LMS (LearnUpon a plus), instructional design, and core banking or credit union software (Sharetec a strong plus)
  • Credit union domain fluency — familiarity with share drafts, NCUA reporting, and member-facing workflows
  • Professional Services delivery experience (conversions, upgrades, migrations) and an eye for expansion opportunities
