The Work
The SAP Warehouse Management (WMS) functional consultant is responsible for the analysis and configuration of SAP system to meet Business process design and application requirements related to the following aspects of PM: Receiving and put-away process, Inventory Management, Order picking, packing, and fulfillment, Shipping, Labor Management, Warehouse metrics and analytics, and the Extended WMS.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to gather client's Business process requirements
  • Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs, as well as build system configuration
  • Implement detailed Business process functional solutions to meet client's requirements
  • Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts
  • Create associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.
  • Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes including those that interface with other applications
  • Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements
  • Managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
  • Facilitate design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
  • Provide guidance and support for configuration changes, training material development, and data conversion
  • Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
  • Support production cutover; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
  • Support post-go-live hypercare, manage defects, and maintain documentation

Here's what you need:
  • 5+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and WMS Functional experience
  • Proficiency in EWM goods receipt, delivery, subcontracting, and production order kitting
  • Team lead experience
  • Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience

Nice to have:
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus
  • Relevant SAP certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements:
  • US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
  • Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
  • Natural born US citizenship
  • You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA OR be willing to travel to St. Louis or Philadelphia, PA every week Monday-Thursday

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
