Candidate should be able to provide the L2 support by resolve the incidents, service request. Should have good communication skills to handle the warehouse operators and all the stakeholders. Should have a good technical experience on Manhattan Wms and Sql. Should be able to work independently. Need to do the onsite offshore coordination.
