Job Title: WMS (Warehouse Management System) Administrator

Division: Bluetime

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
Bluetime is seeking a detail-oriented WMS Administrator to support and optimize our Deposco Warehouse Management System. This role serves as the first line of system support, partnering with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to keep warehouse processes running smoothly.

Experience with Deposco or Manhattan Associates WMS is strongly preferred.


What Youll Do

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Deposco WMS to meet daily operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues; act as the primary support contact for users.
  • Train and support warehouse and logistics staff on effective WMS usage; develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain user documentation.
  • Monitor overall system health and performance, perform routine checks, apply updates or patches, and ensure smooth day-to-day WMS operation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and oversee system integrations with shipping carriers and e-commerce platforms.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation for system setup, procedures, and troubleshooting.


What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of experience in WMS administration or related IT/logistics roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Deposco or Manhattan Associates WMS preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, data management, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or Logistics preferred.
  • Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.
