Sales Associate Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Wireless Zone, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Account Manager has a strong sales mentality, able to sell Verizon Wireless products to customers.
Store Location: Wabash, Indiana 
What You’ll Do 
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
  • Identify customer needs for wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
  • Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
What We’re Looking For
  • Self-motivated and eager to exceed sales goals
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus)
  • Friendly, confident, and able to speak professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage leads based calls. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred, but not required.
This position is heavily weighted on an uncapped commission schedule. We do offer an hourly wage, with the majority of your pay being earned through commission. Our top producers earn $90,000+ annually. We offer paid time off, employee discounted services and upward mobility.
