Wireless Plus is a Verizon Authorized Retailer operating retail locations across California. This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped commission and real earning upside for someone who likes to hunt.
What you'll do

  • Prospect and close small business accounts (wireless lines, devices, FWA/Fios internet, business solutions)
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, close, onboarding
  • Grow and retain your book; drive upsell and add-a-line activity
  • Partner with our retail store teams to source and convert leads
  • Hit monthly activation and revenue targets; keep pipeline current in CRM
  • Represent the Verizon brand professionally in-market
What you bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, telecom, or account management (Verizon/wireless a plus)
  • Proven track record of hitting quota and self-generating pipeline
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling within your territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000
  • On-target earnings: ~$120,000 with uncapped commission
