  • Digital Content Creation: Produce engaging content for social media platforms and brand websites (comprising approximately 10% of the total workload).
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate directly with external print vendors to manage production accuracy, ensure material quality, and verify preflight specifications.
  • Presentation Design: Craft professional PowerPoint layouts and presentations to support internal marketing and business pitches.
  • Brand Stewardship: Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborative Concepting: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, offering design solutions that translate business goals into compelling visual campaigns.
  • Project Leadership: Manage assigned projects independently while providing design support and feedback to the broader creative team.

Requirements

Technical Mastery
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is REQUIRED.
  • Print Standards: Deep understanding of print production standards, including bleeds, spot colors, and file preparation for various substrates.
  • Presentation Tools: Familiarity with PowerPoint design for corporate and marketing use.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2โ€“5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work with a heavy emphasis on print, packaging, and branding.
  • Industry Interest: Experience or a strong interest in the wine and spirits industry is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Craftsmanship: Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for design quality.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable receiving creative direction and incorporating constructive feedback into iterations.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Benefits
