Location: Bartlett Production Facility

Schedule: Full-Time

The Role: Precision at Scale

We are looking for a talented Cookie Decorator who views a butter cookie as a blank canvas. This role is a unique blend of high-volume production and detailed artistry. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our signature cookies?from precision cutting and baking to intricate icing work. If you have a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, we want to see your work.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Production: Manage the cutting, baking, and cooling of our butter cookies to ensure the perfect foundation for decorating.

  • Icing Artistry: Decorate cookies with flawless consistency, ensuring every batch matches our established "work of art" standards.

  • Process Discipline: Follow all decorating patterns and bakery processes exactly as shown. Consistency across hundreds of cookies is our top priority.

  • Kitchen Pace: Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet daily production quotas and custom order deadlines.

  • Quality Control: Monitor bake times and icing consistency to ensure every cookie meets our taste and aesthetic requirements.

  • Workspace Excellence: Assist in keeping the decorating station and general bakery environment clean, sanitized, and organized.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional decorating experience, specifically with royal icing or specialized cookie flood techniques (required).
